Khanjar , silver-sheathed dagger , is the Omani national symbol and most-buying thing. Another reminder of the country's tribal past is the walking stick known as arsaa. Omani silver is also a popular souvenir, often made into rosewater shakers and small "Nizwa boxes". Kuma, a distinctive hats worn by Omani men, are also commonly sold. Frankincense, perfumes and jewelleries are other popular purchase.
